These SMS Terms & Conditions apply to text messages sent by Spartan Wrecker to consumers who have separately consented to receive SMS messaging.

Program and message types

Program/Brand: Spartan Wrecker.

Consumers who opt in may receive customer support messages and towing/service updates by SMS. Messages may relate to a customer support interaction or a towing/service matter associated with Spartan Wrecker.

Consent

SMS consent is voluntary and separate from consent to any other form of communication. Consent to SMS messaging is not a condition of purchasing or receiving towing, parking, or permit services. Where website opt-in is used, the consumer must actively select the standalone SMS consent checkbox; it is not selected by default.

Message frequency and charges

Messaging frequency may vary. Message & data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's messaging and data rates and terms may apply to messages sent or received.

Opt out

Reply STOP to opt out. After you opt out, you may receive a final confirmation message. You can opt in again only through a valid opt-in method.
